Agastache rugosa
Attractive plant with mauve flower spikes and distinctly minty scented, mid-green, oval pointed leaves. Very nice as micro-green garnish. Also grown as a patio plant, used in tea, chopped up in salads and over pastas. Parts used: leaves, micro green.
