Pak Choi, also known as Bok Choy or Chinese Cabbage, is a leafy vegetable that belongs to the cruciferous family of vegetables. White stemmed Pak Choi has thick, white stalks that are crisp and tender. The leaves of the plant are dark green and glossy, and they have a slightly sweet and mild flavour and are shaped like a spoon and have a slightly crinkly texture.
