Hales Best Melon, also known as, Spanspek/Muskmelon, is a type of fruit that is also known as cantaloupe. Muskmelon has a round shape and a textured skin that is beige or yellow with a net-like pattern. The inside of the fruit is juicy and sweet, with a musky aroma that gives it its name. The flesh is usually orange or green, and it is surrounded by a fibrous membrane. Muskmelon is a rich source of vitamins A and C, as well as potassium and dietary fibre.
